When payment-card details are entered through our online booking/payment system, payment information is processed through the relevant secure payment provider. B&B Porta Verde does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

through our booking and payment systems;
from a third-party booking platform when you make a reservation through that platform; and

Our direct online booking system is provided by Beds24. When you make a direct reservation, Beds24 processes the personal information required to create and administer your booking on our behalf. B&B Porta Verde remains the Data Controller for this booking information and Beds24 acts as a Data Processor in providing the booking service.

When you make a direct reservation, information necessary to process and administer that reservation may therefore be provided to the relevant booking-system and payment-service providers.

Those providers process information in accordance with their respective roles under applicable data-protection law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to:

booking and reservation service providers;
payment service providers;
website hosting, technical and IT service providers;
professional advisers where necessary;
competent public authorities where disclosure is required by law; and
other service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate B&B Porta Verde and provide your reservation.

We require service providers processing personal data on our behalf to handle that information appropriately and only for authorised purposes.

We may also disclose information where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Automattic states that logs used to provide Jetpack Stats which contain visitor IP addresses are retained for 28 days.
